Bashful Rufferty Black & Cream Puppy might look like your average black-and-cream bundle of joy – but don’t be fooled. He’s got an origin story worth barking about.
Bashful Bunny knew Bartholomew Bear wasn’t wild about the dark (who is?), so she gifted him a nighttime companion with the softest ears and the biggest heart she could find.
Since then, Rufferty’s taken his role as Bart’s right-hand pup very seriously. He’s more than a cuddle – he’s moral support on call. Head of stage-side cheering (never once laughed at a misstep), custard cream quality control, and emotional backup during outfit fittings (the Aubergine look was… a journey).
Loyal, lovable, and a little clumsy on hardwood floors, Rufferty follows wherever Bartholomew goes – and always sits when snacks are mentioned.
He may be quiet, but he’s mastered the fine art of always being there.

Due to the uptick in fraudulent Jellycat orders, we now have policies in place to protect our Small Business.
- Orders will be automatically cancelled if purchasing more than 2 of the same Jellycat AND the order is being shipped.
- Orders that are marked fraudulent by our operating system will be automatically canceled.
- We require ALL Jellycat orders to be shipped with signature delivery. There is no way around this!
- If we find any suspicions about your order, we will cancel it as we are a small business and cannot afford to ship out potentially fraudulent orders.
