Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from PURCHASE date to return items to us. Items must be returned unworn/unwashed, tags attached, and in sellable condition to receive store credit for your items. If items are received by us after return window or are damaged/worn, we will not be able to process your return. The return window is firm and we will make no exceptions.
ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR RETURNS. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. The gift card may be used for future purchases and does not expire.
Please note: All sale items and any purchases made with a coupon code are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
Because of the rate at which items sell out, we do not offer online exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item. You will still receive store credit for the original item once we receive it.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged item and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and our returns department will assist you further.
