Returns & Exchanges
**HOLIDAY 2020 RETURN POLICY**
We hope you enjoy your purchase! We will gladly accept returns thru January 16th, 2021. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and apparel will need to be unworn with tags still attached. Store credit will be issued. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Sale items are final sale.
Returns:
We appreciate your business and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days of original shipment date for store credit only. *With the exception of apparel & shoes*
APPAREL: Apparel returns MUST be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. All tags must be intact, receipt provided, and unworn/unwashed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
SHOES: Shoe returns must be mailed back to us within 7 days days of original shipment date. They must be unworn, with tags still intact, in their original packaging. This is for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
OTHER RETURNS: Only store credit will be given. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. The gift card may be used for future purchases and does not expire.
Please note: All sale items and any purchases made with a coupon code are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
Because of the rate at which items sell out, we do not offer online exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original item. You will still receive store credit for the original item once we receive it.
Damages:
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged item and your order number to hello@lilyjanecolumbia.com and our team will assist you further.
