A natural-born optimist, Amuseables Siofra Shamrock, can find the silver lining in any situation. Her glass isn’t half full; it’s positively overflowing (with something green and sparkly, most likely).
She works as a Morale Officer at the Jellycat Garden Society, where her job is to keep spirits blooming. Even Timmy Turtle can’t help but feel a little lighter when they chat.

Due to the uptick in fraudulent Jellycat orders, we now have policies in place to protect our Small Business.
- Orders will be automatically cancelled if purchasing more than 2 of the same Jellycat AND the order is being shipped.
- Orders that are marked fraudulent by our operating system will be automatically canceled.
- We require ALL Jellycat orders to be shipped with signature delivery. There is no way around this!
- If we find any suspicions about your order, we will cancel it as we are a small business and cannot afford to ship out potentially fraudulent orders.
